About our technology

At Plan Heaven, our plans are built in a cloud based template or app.

What's so good about this?  Well plenty actually.

1. Access from everywhere

By having all of a BC's data stored in the cloud, it means that the data and the long-term maintenance plan itself can be viewed at any time, from anywhere, on any device.

2. Anyone can be an administrator and update the LTMP

While most body corporate managers will agree that they have enough to do without having to become an administrator of a body corporate's LTMP, there are some - and also some chairpersons, committee members and building managers - that like the idea that they are in control and are able to update their plan without having to ask someone else to do it for them.

3. It becomes a living document

With a LTMP, it helps if if can become a living document that's easy to update, because typically the only things that change are that some work has been carried out, some new work is now proposed and the cost of planned work needs to be updated.

When your LTMP is in the cloud, it's just a matter of logging in, rolling over the date, make a few edits and saving your new updated plan.
