You need to join Plan Heaven as a user
If you are new to Plan Heaven and want access to an existing account, you first need to join Plan Heaven as a user. It doesn't cost anything to join because it's the Body Corporate that pays.
We also only need the minimum amount of information required to be able to connect you to the account and to be able to contact you if required.
Joining is easy
To join, go to the home page at planheaven.co.nz and click on the "join" link in nav bar in the top right hand corner. Follow the prompts.
As part of this process you will be sent an email that you will need to reply to. (If it's not there remember to look in your spam folder). This is so that we can confirm you aren't a robot.
After you have clicked on the link in the email, you will be taken back to the Plan Heaven website where you will be asked to create your password. Now you will have an account.
We will link you to the body corporate account
Back here at Plan Heaven, we will get an alert telling us you have joined and presuming we know which body corporate's plan you want to be linked to, we will do that right away.
You will then get an email saying you have been linked to that account and will need to log in again.
Then just go to "My BCs" and if you are an administrator of the account, you will be able to go to the Dashboard and have a look around.

Depending what you are looking to achieve, you should now be able to edit the LTMP and print a copy etc. Hopefully you will find the Dashboard intuitive to get around. But don't hesitate to contact us if you need help. That's what we are here for.
