At Plan Heaven, we are aware that the LTMP must be understood by all owners.
A body corporate is a mini-democracy, and democracies can be messy. That's because democracies are made up of a wide range of people with different backgrounds, expectations and standards. They also have different income levels and attitudes to spending money.
All of this means that reaching an agreement on spending money is always going to take some work and the problem is compounded if the cost of the work proposed LTMP isn't clear or the reason it is required, as can happen in a poorly crafted document.
At Plan Heaven we understand the decision-making process in a body corporate and know how important it is that our plans are understood by all owners.
